What is Trivela?
Trivela is a gamified social platform for football fans. You challenge other fans to head-to-head naming games, climb global leaderboards, and collect trophies — all built around your knowledge of the game.
Is this the final version of the app?
Trivela is currently in open beta, which means the app is live and playable but still actively being developed. Features may change, and you may encounter bugs along the way.
What can I expect from the beta?
A working, playable version of the core game experience. Expect regular updates, occasional changes to features, and the possibility of game data resets. We're building in the open and your feedback during this period genuinely shapes what comes next.
How do I create an account?
Download the Trivela app and sign up using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or an email address and password.
I can't log in. What should I do?
Make sure you're using the same sign-in method you registered with. If you signed up with email and forgot your password, use the "Forgot password" option on the login screen. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@jointrivela.com.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account and confirm your choice. Your account and personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. If you can't access the app, email contact@jointrivela.com and we'll handle it for you.
I think there's a bug
Email contact@jointrivela.com with a brief description of what happened. We'll look into it.
Can I report another player?
Tap their profile, click the settings-button in the top right corner of the screen, and use the report option. We review all reports and take appropriate action.
Can I request that my data be deleted?
Delete your account from within the app under Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account, or email contact@jointrivela.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request — Trivela".
